Another wonderful milestone achieved: Our client has successfully received their Partner Visa (Subclass 820), allowing them to continue building their life together in Australia.
This application was lodged on 11 August 2024. As many applicants may know, partner visa processing times are currently longer, which meant this case required patience and careful monitoring throughout the waiting period.
On 24 March 2026, the Department issued an s56 request for updated documents, including health examination and police checks, as the previously submitted documents had expired during the extended processing time. Shortly after, on 16 April 2026, the Partner Visa 820 was successfully granted.
